NetSuite Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the NetSuite platform is aligned with the company's goals and objectives, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders in the manufacturing domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system enhancements and optimizations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Oversee the implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver value.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for NetSuite enhancements and upgrades.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an ERP implementation environment, preferably with NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities and best practices, including NetSuite Administration.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working in the manufacturing sector with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
