Job Description
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with extensive experience designing human-to-AI interactions. You will shape the experience of our intelligence platform with real-time research that is custom to every user. We leverage AI agents that work with our proprietary risk signals to deliver personalized insights to investors, biotech companies and consulting firms. This key project involves designing an intuitive AI-feed creation experience that guides users naturally through configuring their AI analyst agent—solving the 'blank canvas' problem and seamlessly embedding our domain expertise into the onboarding journey.
What You'll Do
- We've already gotten started with prototypes, but you will elevate our work by designing structured, guided experiences that help both novice and advanced users easily configure powerful AI-analyst agents, eliminating confusion and complexity.
- Understand the clinical intelligence platform's vision and ensure every feature and interaction fits logically into users' broader journeys, balancing depth with ease-of-use.
- Develop AI-onboarding flows and configuration UIs that simplify complex decisions, using structured, familiar interactions, and smart defaults.
- Obsessively maintain visual and interaction consistency across our product, building trust and confidence among professional and enterprise users.
- Integrate UX-driven thinking into product, marketing, and engineering discussions, proactively voicing your ideas, concerns, and alternatives.
- Utilize modern prototyping tools and AI-supported design methods to quickly iterate, test, and validate concepts—balancing impact with feasibility.
- Create clear, visually compelling experiences for a sophisticated, content-rich SaaS platform where clarity and precision matter deeply.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends, emerging design patterns, and technologies, pushing boundaries to help us define a visually distinctive, delightful, and professional experience.
- Consistently leverage, evolve, and improve our design system to maintain high standards of UI consistency, polish, and quality throughout the application.
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing onboarding experiences, configuration flows, and interactive UIs for enterprise or SaaS products (ideally AI-driven or clinical/data-rich platforms).
- Mastery of Figma for rapid prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity designs.
- Ability to translate complex technical or clinical workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys.
- Deep commitment to design consistency, visual polish, and detailed execution.
- Familiarity with using AI-driven tools to accelerate design iteration and testing.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, translating editorial or expert input into compelling UX.
- Bonus: Experience in clinical intelligence, healthcare, or similar data-rich, regulated environments.
