Prime Dental is looking for a reliable and experienced RDA to join our high-performing team. We're a patient-focused practice that values teamwork, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional dental experience. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support a team of dental assistants to ensure clinical efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Maintain a smooth daily workflow and proactively anticipate provider needs
• Assist in surgical and general procedures, including implant cases
• Oversee sterilization protocols and equipment maintenance
• Train and onboard new assistants
• Support the doctor chairside with a positive, proactive attitude

What We're Looking For:

• Active RDA license in the state of Texas
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience required
• Previous experience in implants, oral surgery, or prosthodontics preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Someone who is patient-centered, dependable, and detail-oriented
