The Logistics & Supply Chain Finance Manager is a key finance role to support the company's efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout the Logistics Supply Chain. This person will be the primary business partner to package owners, logistics leaders, and budget owners. The Logistics & Supply Chain Finance Manager is a key finance role to support the company's efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout the Logistics Supply Chain. This person will be the primary business partner to package owners, logistics leaders, and budget owners. They will be tasked with developing optimal processes and tools across the organization while identifying savings opportunities through analytical projects. The Finance Manager will collaborate with other logistics finance heads for ad-hoc analysis and support. What’s on the menu? Participates in the annual budget process and monthly forecast process; focused on identifying risks and opportunities Manage month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Analyze and explain financial results using key performance drivers, providing actionable insights to stakeholders Support all OPEX/CAPEX related requests related to logistics Streamline processes by using technology innovation and enhanced modeling capabilities Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize transportation networks, routes, and modes to identify potential savings Leverage data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop and maintain advanced analytics, dashboards, and metrics to track transportation performance and costs, utilizing large datasets and complex models Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you! Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Economics preferred 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivering results in finance, logistics, or supply chain management Disciplined approach toward execution, attention to detail, and ability to navigate within large and complex data environment Experienced with month-end closing, AOP and forecasting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Influencing skills and ability to work across the organization required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values. New Hire Base Salary Range $102,100.00 - $127,600.00 Bonus This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
