About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of 340B, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management with a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of complex systems. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, a strategic thinker, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain management, particularly in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical equipment. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the 340B program and/or related supply management is required, along with a strong financial and budgeting background. The role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing program benefits for the health system. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, capable of managing day-to-day operations, and will be responsible for the strategic development and monitoring of the 340B program.
